Felt base with polyester embroidery thread.
All made by hand with an embroidery machine so sizes will vary a bit - roughly
2.5x3' 
All sew-on patches come with a bear backing, i include a piece of Heat'n'Bond Ultra Hold with all patches so you can turn it into an iron-on patch if you want to.
